We focus on transactions under US$100m. We create value by facilitating transactions

through rigorous analysis and our intimate knowledge about Chinese entrepreneurs and

potential investors.

Restructuring

competition. Our partners have experiences servicing over US$200m of NPL (non-

performing loan) portfolios.
