CLA Partners is an independent investment banking firm based in Beijing. We specialize in

financial advisory services including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private placements,

restructuring and Initial Public Offerings (IPO) for emerging companies in China. Our team

has significant experiences in research, financial advisory, direct investment and law with

major global institutions. We have been able to advise on transactions in a range of

industries, notably in traditional sectors. Some of these transactions are fairly complex and
