- Work closely with partners and clients on a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions

in different industries

- Lead industry and company research, conduct industry and company due diligence

- Conduct detailed financial modeling and company valuations

- Prepare investment memos and presentations

- Help to maintain client relationship and develop new businesses

Analyst

- Assist in marketing, business development, and execution of projects

- Conduct industry and company research

- Build and maintain financial models

- Help to prepare investment memos and presentations

- Support due diligence processes

- Assist the project team in managing the day-to-day logistics of project execution
